Using this website or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

Laboratory research only

• Every product we offer is sold for laboratory research use only.
• Products must not be used in humans or animals, and they are not sold as food, drugs or cosmetics.
• No product is FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Snowman Research is not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy or a medical provider, and we never give medical advice.
• You are responsible for the safe, lawful handling, storage and use of anything you buy.

Eligibility

Buyers must be at least 21. Placing an order confirms that you are 21 or older and that you are buying for legitimate research. We can cancel any order we believe violates these terms.

Shipping

• Shipping to US addresses is free on every order.
• Orders to other countries we deliver to ship for a flat $40 per order. See worldwide delivery.
• Buyers outside the US are responsible for their country’s import and customs rules, and for any duties or taxes.
• Orders ship fast, usually within 24 hours, and every package comes with tracking.

Pricing and availability

• All prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. You pay the price displayed at the moment you place your order.
• Stock is limited to what we have on hand. If we can’t fill part of an order, we’ll reach out to you.
• We may cancel an order that is affected by a clear pricing or listing error.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

Invite & earn program

Our invite program lets you earn rewards for referring others; how it works is explained on the Snowball Rewards page. We can change or end the program at any time, and we may hold back rewards in cases of abuse, including self-referrals, spam or fraud.

Comments, feedback and photos

Anything you post here (comments, feedback or photos) may be shown on our site, and we can decline or remove posts whenever we choose. Please keep personal health questions, medical claims and anything illegal or abusive off the site.

Liability

The site and our products are provided “as is.” As far as the law allows, Snowman Research is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, govern these terms.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Revisions apply once they are posted here, and we’ll update the date at the top.
